We are lawyers in the South Bay of Los Angeles who represent injured cyclists. Bike-car collisions and cycling-related injury cases make up 98% of our practice.
Seth Davidson founded the firm in 2008, and works with his daughter, attorney Cassady Sakura Davidson, also licensed to practice in California state and federal courts.
Our firm’s cycling DNA
Seth has been racing since 1984, and riding competitively since he bought his first sport bike in 1982, a Nishiki International. He races as a licensed Category 2 road racer in masters class amateur bike races, and is active in community and educational efforts to make the roads safer for all vulnerable road users, especially cyclists. Seth races about twenty times a year and participates in numerous unsanctioned races year-round, as well as local training rides in the South Bay. If you’ve raced or ridden competitively in Southern California, chances are good that you know him or have ridden with him.
Seth maintains a blog at http://pvcycling.wordpress.com, which covers the legal, social, political, and current issues in cycling.
Cassady is an avid recreational cyclist and lawyer who has been riding since 2012, when she got her first Felt chromoly bike in Utsunomiya, Japan. She and her husband, both graduates of Tokyo University, are active riders and spend as much time as they can riding throughout the South Bay.
As cyclists, we understand how collisions occur and we understand how stacked the deck is against cyclists when they get hit by cars or when they fall as the result of badly maintained, badly designed roadways. Our experience handling cases involving virtually every kind of bicycle collision, from death cases to stop sign violations, means that we bring unparalleled expertise to your matter. If you have been cited, injured, or assaulted while riding your bike, chances are good that we can help.
